The rooms are spacious with a huge balcony offering beautiful views, although some may find the French balconies small. The service is exceptional, with attentive and helpful staff. The dining options are decent but not exceptional, and breakfast can be more enjoyable at nearby cafes to experience the city vibe. Overall, a great value for money considering the fantastic location.

My stay at the hotel was truly enjoyable. The rooms are very comfortable and exquisitely decorated, making me feel special with a cute bouquet and Georgian wine, perfect for our anniversary celebration. However, one of the windows in the room had a worrying 8-foot crack. The service was top-notch and the staff were lovely and very helpful until my departure. The location is superb, with easy access to major attractions like Freedom Square and Narikali area. The dining experience was better than expected, with fresh fruits, salads, and khachapuri slices, but breakfast could use improvement. The facilities were satisfactory overall.
